Standards and regulations

Third party and ICT supplier requirements across the UK, EU, US, Gulf and Asia Pacific, mapped to the evidence Trestec keeps on every supplier.

How Trestec maps requirements to evidence

Regulators ask similar questions in different words: who you depend on, how much it matters, what you checked, what the contract says and how you would leave. Trestec answers them from one supplier record rather than a separate project per rule.

One record, several rules

A supplier's register entry, assessments, due diligence and contract review serve every framework that applies, so evidence is gathered once.

Evidence at source

Contract findings quote the clause and page, due diligence keeps the documents reviewed, and every DORA register value shows its source record.

A named person decides

AI suggests materiality views, screening results and contract findings. Decisions rest with a person with decision rights, and materiality decisions and their reasons are recorded.

Rules set per firm

Tiering rules, thresholds, review cycles and applicable regulations are set for your firm and versioned, and every change is recorded.

Requirements by region

A short summary of each regulation, its key date and who it applies to. Open a page for the detailed requirements and how Trestec supports them.
